Adult Day Health Program
Program Site and Hours
Sinai's Adult Day Health Center is located at:
The Striar Jewish Community Center
445 Central Street, Stoughton, MA
The program is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Transportation
The Adult Day Health staff will help arrange appropriate transportation
for each participant.
Options include transportation by:
- The participant's family or friends
- Community-based service
- A contract transportation service
