The Wound Center
Your Treatment Team
Sinai experts in the care of individuals with chronic wounds will provide your care. The Wound Center staff will coordinate your treatment plan with your primary care physician, who will continue to manage your overall medical care. Your treatment team will keep your physician informed of your progress.
You, too, are an important member of your treatment team, because successful healing of chronic wounds requires that you keep your scheduled appointments and follow the instructions that are provided you.
This team approach enables us to provide you with the best possible care and ensures that you achieve the best possible outcome.
