PRESS RELEASE

NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL INTRODUCES CAREPAGES TO ENHANCE SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES

STOUGHTON, MA  Beginning in June, New England Sinai Hospital is offering all patients and their families a new, complimentaty program called CarePages. These personal, private web pages help family and friends communicate when someone is facing illness. Sinai is introducing CarePages to help make it easy for patients and their families to stay in touch before, during and after their stay at the hospital. President and CEO Lester P. Schindel said, “I am delighted to offer this new service to our patients and their families. At Sinai we are committed to providing a quality of care that is outstanding and compassionate, and we continually seek new ways to make the hospital experience as comfortable as possible.”

According to The Wall Street Journal, “CarePages provide private and secure sites that are fully integrated with the host hospital. The pages can't be found with a Google search, and patients and families pick who gets access and can block unwanted visitors.”
With CarePages patients and families can update everyone at the same time without repeated phone calls or emails. They can post contact information and visiting hours. Family and friends can easily be updated every day. Creating a personal page is fast, easy, private and secure.

CarePages are fully secure; password protected and comply with all patient privacy regulations. To learn more about this exciting new service, visit www.newenglandsinai.org and click on the CarePages icon.
