PRESS RELEASE
EAST BRIDGEWATER RESIDENT NAMED FEBRURARY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
AT NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL
STOUGHTON, MA — New England Sinai Hospital President and CEO Lester P. Schindel has named Kathy Petti, CRT, Director of Respiratory Care Services, the February Employee of the Month. “Kathy puts our patients first, sets high standards and works to attain and maintain them throughout her department. Helping others, mentoring, monitoring, and always doing more than needs to be done just comes naturally to her,” said Schindel. Petti has been at Sinai for 25 years and is a resident of East Bridgewater, MA.
Petti earns praise from her co-workers for her outstanding organizing and leadership skills as well as her commitment to being there for her fellow employees. She has been a rising star at Sinai since arriving in 1982 and is admired for her friendly, outgoing and confident manner. As Chair of the Employee Activities Committee at Sinai, Petti is dedicated to making Sinai a wonderful place to work and her spirit and enthusiasm have inspired many. Unassuming is a word that many use when describing Petti’s workstyle; she believes in a team approach and is quick to give credit where credit is due.
The Sinai Employee of the Month is chosen from nominations made by hospital staff, patients, and family members. Nominees demonstrate a “Sinai Cares” philosophy in their everyday work lives and are known for a high level of service, integrity and leadership. A committee of administrators and employees makes the final selection from those nominated.
For her longtime commitment to helping make Sinai a center of medical and pulmonary excellence and her dedication to helping Sinai patients breathe easier, Kathy Petti is most deserving of being named the February Employee of the Month.
