WEYMOUTH RESIDENT NAMED APRIL EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH
AT NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL

STOUGHTON, MA — New England Sinai Hospital President and CEO Lester P. Schindel has named Matthew O’Leary, CNA April Employee of the Month. “Matt is compassionate and caring, always doing his best to ensure patient safety while being a true team player. He’s just a model employee for Sinai,” said Schindel. O’Leary is a resident of Weymouth, MA.

O’Leary’s supervisor Nurse Manager Paula Picard says, “Matt is a great cheerleader, always encouraging patients on their progress and building their confidence. He never says, ‘it’s not my job,’ or ‘I don’t have time.’ He gives 110% all of the time.”

The Sinai Employee of the Month is chosen from nominations made by hospital staff, patients, and family members. Nominees demonstrate a “Sinai Cares” philosophy in their everyday work lives and are known for a high level of service, integrity and leadership. A committee of administrators and employees makes the final selection from those nominated.

Colleagues describe O’Leary as “the Nike guy ― he just does it.” They praise him for his strong work ethic, calm manner and sense of humor.

For his dedication to ensuring that his patients receive the highest care, Matt O’Leary has been named New England Sinai Hospital’s April Employee of the Month.
