BARRY N. KOSLOW, JD, ELECTED TO NEW ENGLAND SINAI HOSPITAL BOARD

 

STOUGHTON, MA Lester P. Schindel, President and CEO of New England Sinai Hospital, has announced that Barry N. Koslow of Byfield has been elected to the Board of Directors of the New England Sinai Hospital. Koslow served as founding Chair of the Foundation when it was established in October 2001. “I am pleased to welcome Barry back to Sinai. His many years of experience as a company legal counsel are invaluable to advancing the mission of Sinai’s Hospital Foundation,” said Schindel. 

Koslow is founder, President and CEO of MKA Executive & Professional Benefits, Inc., a nationally recognized firm with expertise in benefits and insurance programs for financial institutions and tax-exempt organizations. He has over 30 years of experience as company legal counsel and advisor to financial institutions, hospitals and other not-for-profit organizations, and often serves as a consultant to attorneys, accountants, and insurance companies. Koslow is a member of the Massachusetts and American Bar Associations and the prestigious Association for Advanced Life Underwriting. He served for many years on the Boards of Special Olympics Massachusetts (Chair 1994-1996) and his professional affiliations also include the Society of Financial Service Professionals, The National Health Lawyers Association and World at Work (formerly the American Compensation Association). He was a founding partner of Morrill Koslow Associates and served for seven years as Executive Vice President of USI. A graduate of Northeastern University and Boston University School of Law, Koslow is admitted to practice law in Massachusetts and Maine.
